Tour Cancellation Policy:

• If a tour does not attain its minimum number the tour will be cancelled by JUNE 9th,2011 All money will be refunded.
• All Cancellations must be received in writing
• All tour cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $20.00 Cnd. per person
• Cancellation of a tour 30 days or less,but more than 7 days prior to the tour departure,you will receive a 50% refund
• Less than 7 days prior to the tour departure....NO refunds.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

• All accommodations have a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy
• All Rates DO NOT include 2% Municipal Tax or 12% HST
• Cancellations between 0 and 14 days are subject to a Cancellation Fee of one (1) nights stay plus applicable taxes
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy - Extra person charges may apply per person / per room
